Nosotros Comunitypokemon vamos a hacer un torneo pokémon mundial wifi en el que podran participar todos los que quieran y para ello tienen que estar registrados en nuestra web.
Los premios son:
1ª-Recibira un pokemon legendario exclusivo y 4 shinys raros.
2ª-Recibira  3 shinys raros.
3ª-Recibira 2 shinys raros.
4ª y 5 ª- recibiran un pokemon shiny pero el que quede mas avanzado en el torneo recibira un shiny raro o menos raro.

We Comunitypokemon going to make a Pokemon tournament wifi world where everyone can participate and want to do must be registered on our website.
The prizes are:
1 st-legendary pokemon will receive an exclusive and rare shinys 4.
2 nd-receive 3 shinys rare.
3-rd will receive 2 shinys rare.
4 th and 5 th - will receive a shiny pokemon but that it is more advanced in the tournament will receive a shiny rare or less rare.

The rules are:

1-Only Pokémon games of the fifth generation (Black and White) are allowed in the tournament.(only able to use Pokémon in the region of Unova).

2-A player's team shall consist of six (6) Pokémon in total.

3-The battles will be doubles.

4-The battle must be conducted at level 100 (No Restrictions).

5-The "Wonder Launcher" is to be turned off.

6-List of Ubers of Unova: may be used Reshiram, Zekrom and excadrill.Se able to use all of Unova pokemon, except keldeo, meloetta and genesect.

Quick Battle;
 

  1. Single requests for competitive Pokémon battles through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection or a simulator shall be made in the appropriate Quick Battle topic.
  2. Single requests for IV battles through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection shall be made in the appropriate Quick IV Battle topic.
  3. When requesting a battle, criteria for rules and conditions shall be clearly stated, especially if such criteria differ from the Standard Rules.

    Quick Trade
  4. Single offers or requests for Wi-Fi trades shall be made in the appropriate Quick Trade topic.

    Simulated Battles
  5. Use of Shoddy Battle or similar simulation software shall be covered by the same rules as Wi-Fi battles.

    Tiers
  6. The Smogon tiers shall determine the metagame tier classification of Pokémon for Wi-Fi battles.

    Standard Rules
  7. The Standard Rules shall be defined as follows:
  8. No Ubers: Pokémon of the Uber tier may not be used.
  9. Sleep Clause: No more than one of the opponent's Pokémon may be put to sleep concurrently; self-imposed sleep caused by the move Rest shall not be covered by the Sleep Clause.
  10. Evasion Clause: The moves Double Team and Minimize may not be used.
  11. Species Clause: No more than one Pokémon of a certain species may be used on the same team.
  12. OHKO Clause: The moves Horn Drill, Guillotine, Fissure and Sheer Cold may not be used.
  13. Self-KO Clause: The moves Explosion, Selfdestruct, Perish Song and Destiny Bond may not be used in the event of both players' number of available Pokémon having reached one; a player using one of said moves in the given situation shall be considered the defeated party of the battle; recoil damage from moves such as Flare Blitz, or the the item Life Orb shall not be covered by the Self-KO Clause.
  14. Soul Dew Clause: The item Soul Dew may not be used.
  15. Hax/Luck Item Clause: The following items may not be used:
    1. BrightPowder
    2. Focus Band
    3. King's Rock
    4. Lansat Berry
    5. Lucky Punch
    6. Quick Claw
    7. Razor Claw
    8. Razor Fang
    9. Scope Lens
    10. Stick
  16. Weather Clause: The combinations of the abilities Drizzle and Swift Swim, Drought and Chlorophyll, Sand Stream and Sand Rush may not be used.
  17. Moody Clause: Pokémon with the ability Moody may not be used.

  18. Hacked Pokémon
  19. Hacked Pokémon, as defined by Section 5 of this Rule, are strictly prohibited for use in Wi-Fi battles; any such usage shall result in a warning, and immediate ban if repeated.

    Glitch Effects
  20. In the event of major detrimental effects resulting from a glitch occurring, the battle shall be void and a rematch be conducted.

    Trade Information
  21. Upon offering Pokémon for trade, information regarding the Pokémon offered must be provided.
  22. Mandatory:
    1. Species;
    2. Language version;
    3. Nickname if any;
    4. Level, whether trained or untrained;
    5. Ability if a dual-ability Pokémon is offered for trade;
    6. Nature;
    7. Moves;
    8. Ribbons if an Event Pokémon is offered for trade;
    9. Effort Values (EVs) or its stats if the EVs are unknown;
    10. Whether shiny or not shiny;
    11. The way you obtained it.
  23. Non-mandatory:
    1. Individual Values (IVs);
    2. Ability if a single-ability Pokémon is offered for trade;
    3. Ribbons;
    4. Pokérus (PKRS) status, infected or cured;
    5. Whether cloned or not cloned.
  24. Trade Topics
  25. Members may create one (1) dedicated trade topic of their own in accordance with the following conditions:
  26. the content of the trade topic may not violate the Union's rules or any supplemental rules issued by the national moderators;
  27. trade negotiations shall be carried out publicly in the trade topic or in profile comments, members shall avoid negotiation through private messages for negotiating a trade;
  28. no less than 10 Pokémon shall be offered for trade at the creation of the trade topic;
  29. trading of Pokémon eggs shall not be allowed.

  30. Hacked Pokémon
  31. Hacked Pokémon, as defined by Section 5 of this Rule, are strictly prohibited for Wi-Fi trades; any such fraud shall result in immediate ban.

    Definition of Hacked Pokémon
  32. "Hacked Pokémon" shall be defined as:
  33. Pokémon incompatible with the natural mechanics of the games;
  34. Pokémon either produced and/or modified by means of external modification of the game data such as, but not limited to the use of an Action Replay DS, Pokesav or similar.

  35. Disputes
  36. Disputes relating to Wi-Fi battles or trades shall be brought before a relevant moderator; he or she shall hear the concerns of both parties, and decide on the matter in a fair, impartial and reasoned way.
  37. Decisions by a moderator relating to disputes between members may be appealed to the Administrator of the Union.
